Vendor Terms & Conditions:

• The show will begin at 10 am and last until 3 pm. Setup will be from 8 am to 10 am the morning of the show. The show will be held on both levels of the fire hall (900 Haslage Street, McKeesport, PA 15133). 
• The tables are 8 feet long by 30 inches wide (standard rectangular table). We will provide two chairs automatically, if you need more, please let us know.
• A limited number of similar vendors will be accepted depending on table availability. Reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. 
• There will be a limited number of tables available and tables will be confirmed as reserved with you via email; this will be non-refundable if you cancel your reservation or no-show for the event; if we are unable to accept your application, we will refund your table fee.
• All applications for the Spring 2022 show will be online-only, including online payment. OUR SPRING 2022 SHOW IS FULL - NO ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS ARE BEING ACCEPTED AS OF 2/22/22
• Vendors are to please donate an item for a Chinese auction ($25 value) that will benefit the fire department OR may add an additional $25 to their table fee in lieu of an item. Items can be brought the morning of the show.
